1. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment (100%) has been received.
- Full payment is required to secure your date and mascot(s).
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, POS, or other approved payment methods.
- The event date and mascot(s) are reserved strictly upon payment confirmation.
- All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days to the event will result in 30% of deposit.
- Rescheduling is allowed once (subject to availability) without additional cost if notified at least 72 hours before the event.
3. JSOFT-Handled Performance
- JSOFT provides a performer/handler.
- Client must provide a clean changing area, drinking water, and a short rest period for the performer during extended appearances.
4. Delivery & Return Policy
- JSOFT-handled events:
- Delivery, setup, and return are handled entirely by JSOFT staff.
5. Use & Safety Guidelines
- Costumes must be used indoors or on safe, clean outdoor surfaces β avoid mud, rain, or wet grounds.
- Do not allow rough play, climbing, or pulling on the mascot suit.
- No smoking, around the costume.
- Mascots should not be exposed to open flames, fireworks, or water splashes.
6. Media & Branding
- By booking, the client grants JSOFT permission to use event photos or short clips featuring JSOFT mascots for promotional or marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
- The JSOFT logo and name must not be removed or altered from costumes or promotional materials.
7. Event Conduct
- Client must ensure the mascot area is safe, secure, and appropriate for performances.
- The mascot performer should not be placed under extreme heat or direct sunlight for long durations.
- Performers must be given at least 10 minutes break per hour for hydration and cooling.
8. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JSOFT Integrated Services, its staff, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- negligence by the client or their guests,
- or failure to comply with these guidelines.
9. Agreement & Acknowledgement
By booking a mascot or signing this form, the client acknowledges that they have:

Read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Mascot Rental Guidelines & Contract Essentials.

Accepted full responsibility for the use and care of JSOFT property during the rental period.

Agreed to the payment, refund, and liability conditions stated above.
