1. Space & Venue Readiness
The client must provide adequate and safe space suitable for setup. Access to the venue must be clear and available at least 1–2 hours before event start time.

2. Power Supply (Where Applicable)
For services requiring electricity (e.g., outdoor movie, inflatables), the client must provide a stable power source. Failure may affect service delivery.

3. Water Requirement (Swimming Pool Only)
The client is responsible for providing sufficient clean water for pool setup unless otherwise agreed.

4. Safety & Supervision
Children and guests must be supervised at all times. The company is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment.

5. Weather Conditions (Outdoor Services)
Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions. In cases of rain or unsafe weather, service adjustments may be required.

6. Equipment Handling & Damages
All equipment must be used properly. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or guest actions will be charged to the client.

7. Time & Duration Compliance
Service duration begins from the agreed start time, not arrival time. Delays caused by the client will not extend service time.

8. Setup & Dismantling Time
Setup and dismantling are part of the service schedule and must be accommodated by the client.
