3. Commission & Fees

  • Sales Commission: 10–15% depending on category.
  • No Monthly Fees (First 3 Months): Vendors enjoy 100% commission-only structure.
  • After 3 Months: A small maintenance fee (₦2,000–₦5,000/month) applies to support platform operations β€” affordable and stress-free.

4. Warehousing & Fulfilment Options

Option A – JSOFT Warehouse (Recommended for Bestsellers):

  • Vendors can send in fast-moving products to JSOFT’s designated storage facility.
  • JSOFT handles packaging, branding, and last-mile dispatch.
  • Benefits: Faster delivery, JSOFT-branded packaging, higher visibility.

Option B – Vendor Direct Drop-off:

  • Vendor keeps stock in their own location.
  • Once an order is placed, vendor delivers product to JSOFT hub within 24–48hrs.
  • JSOFT re-packs and dispatches to customer.
  • Benefits: Lower storage burden for vendor, flexibility.

5. Packaging & Branding Standards

  • All items must be clean, sealed, and properly protected (bubble wrap, flier, carton as required by product category).
  • No vendor contact details (phone numbers, social handles, website links) are allowed on the product packaging or invoices.
  • JSOFT will provide final shipping labels with only buyer and JSOFT details visible.

6. Delivery & Customer Experience

  • Centralized Dispatch: All orders are routed through JSOFT.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders must reach JSOFT hub within 24–48hrs for quick dispatch.
  • Returns Management: JSOFT manages return flow and communicates with vendors when necessary.

7. Product Listings

  • All product listings are reviewed and approved by JSOFT before going live.
  • Vendors must provide product details (name, price, images, stock) via Seller Center or directly to JSOFT for upload.
  • JSOFT reserves the right to edit descriptions, improve images, and categorize products to maintain platform standards.
  • Products with vendor watermarks, contact details, or poor-quality images will be rejected.
  • Out-of-stock items must be reported immediately to JSOFT to avoid buyer complaints.

8. Payments & Settlements

  • Buyer pays directly to JSOFT platform.
  • JSOFT deducts agreed commission.
  • Vendor balance is settled weekly or bi-weekly via bank transfer.
  • Payment reports are shared transparently.

9. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Ensure product quality and accurate descriptions.
  • Deliver products to JSOFT hub on time (if using direct drop-off).
  • Provide valid KYC documents (CAC certificate or National ID + Bank Account).
  • Adhere to packaging standards and branding rules.

10. JSOFT Responsibilities

  • Provide platform visibility and marketing support.
  • Handle packaging, final branding, and last-mile delivery.
  • Manage returns and disputes fairly.
  • Remit vendor payments as scheduled.

11. Partnership Growth & Incentives

  • Vendors who consistently deliver on time and maintain quality may qualify for:
    • Featured listings on the JSOFT homepage.
    • Reduced commission on high-volume sales.
    • Access to exclusive promotional campaigns.
