Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team before sending any item back.
Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods such as food, drinks, flowers, or plants.
- Newspapers, magazines, or other periodicals.
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, personal care items).
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
- Downloadable software products or digital goods.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5β7 business days.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including:
- Any item not in its original condition.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance may be eligible for partial refunds only.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund after the processing period:

- Then contact your bank or credit card company β it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our Customer Care team.
